SmartChart provides simple and fast means for creating and displaying graphs from within a Windows application. It can be used with any programming language or RAD tool that can generate a text file and execute a program. SmartChart consists of a single EXE file that communicates with other programs via an input file. The application just needs to create a simple text file and execute SmartChart with the file name as its argument. SmartChart saves the time needed to deal with the implementation of graphics, printing and the MMI. It provides a simple and friendly interface that the user can master in no time. |

SmartChart supports five different graph types: Bar, 3D bar, Pie, 3D Pie and Line. The simple user interface enables the user to easily switch between the different graph types. |
The user may change the layout of the graphs by simply selecting objects with the mouse, move them across the screen and change their sizes. The user selects graphs, legends and titles, and freely move and resize them. |
Both the user and the developer can control the number of values that should fit the display area of the graph. The user may scroll these values if they exceed the graph. |
SmartChart can show line graphs with hundreds of values as a continuous graph. The input file may include tickers that tell SmartChart where to display the X-axis labels. |
The simple user interface enables the user to easily switch between series. The user may also change the settings of the graphs such as: scale, titles, colors, fonts, legends and more. |
